We Sethi Event & Decor,

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Sethi Event & Decor to client. By engaging our services, client agree to these Terms.

Services

Sethi Event & Decor provides event planning and decor services as outlined in the proposal or contract provided. Any changes to the services must be agreed upon in writing.

Booking and Payment

• Booking: A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total event cost are required to secure your booking.
• Payment Schedule: Full payment is due before the event.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are provided as follows:
  1. Booking has been done will not be taken refund
  2. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only
  3. Once Refund Approved by management, it will be credited in the customer account within 7 working days.
  4. Minimum Cancellation Charge 500
  
• Note :
  1. Token Amount For Booking
  2. Remaining Amount At the time of Event
  
• Cancellation Amount :
  Either Cancellation Charge of Half Total Booking Amount or Adjusted in next booking amount witihin in 1 year.
  

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate details regarding the event, including date, location, and specific decor requirements.
• Ensure access to the venue for setup and breakdown at agreed times.
• Obtain necessary permits or permissions for the event.

Liability

Sethi Event & Decor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters or acts of government.

Intellectual Property

All designs and materials provided by Sethi Event & Decor remain the property of the Company. The Client may not use these materials without written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi jurisdiction.

Amendments

These Terms may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties. Changes will take effect upon being documented in a signed agreement.
